What is Laser Hair Removal?
Laser Hair Removal is a non-invasive treatment that uses highly concentrated light that passes through the layers of skin penetrating the hair follicle . The intense heat of the laser damages the hair follicle inhibiting future growth. Laser Hair Removal is effective for most parts of the body and face. As hair grows in cycles, a minimum of 4 to 6 treatments are necessary. After each session, you will see a visible reduction in hair and smoother skin.Which hairs can be treated?
Medium to thick hairs.Brown and black hairs.

Red, Blonde, white or grey hairs will not respond to treatment.

Temporary pigment, blistering, crusting, or scarring may occur, especially in those with darker or tanned skin. Special care must be taken with darker skin types. Tanning, spray tan, tanning via a tanning booth is to be avoided 1 month before any laser treatment.What are the pre and post care instructions?
After each treatment the targeted hairs will shed from the skin typically within 1 - 3 weeks depending on the location of treatment. This shedding process appears as the hairs are growing however, this is the body`s simple way of eliminating the hair from the injured follicle.- Plucking, waxing, electrolysis or bleaching is to be avoided 1 month before treatment.
- Tanning is to be avoided 1 month before treatment
- Products that may irritate your skin are to be avoided before each treatment
- The treatment area is to be shaved the day before
- Refrain from immediate strenuous exercise before and after treatment
- Refrain from hot showers before and after treatment
- Use SPF 30+ daily on all treatment areas
- Use laser aid (anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial gel) after treatment
How many treatments are needed?
6 treatments (once every 4 weeks for the face and once every 8 weeks for the body) are recommended.What skincare is recommended?
